A unique situation
It is fair to say that each and every client we meet is unique. While some may have similar characteristics, no two individuals, couples, or families we work with are truly the same. Nor do we expect them to be.
We understand that every client is different, each with their own values, aspirations and interests. We also know that each client has their own concerns, worries and misunderstandings.
These are the factors that we feel are important to focus our attention and professional expertise on.
See what our clients have to say…
“Ian and his team all offer excellent support and we have been very happy to work with them. It has made it possible for us to take early retirement and now, 2 years down the line, we still feel financially secure”
Bob and Diane
The things that do not matter…
We do not, therefore, have a set of measurable criteria that our clients must fit within in order to work with us, as you may otherwise expect from a traditional financial adviser.
For example, we do not choose who we work with based on the amount of wealth you do or do not have, nor do we work solely with individuals who have reached a certain stage in their lives, such as those who have reached retirement.
We can even thank the Covid-19 pandemic for acting as a catalyst in developing the technological proficiency of our nation, and so we now no longer even consider location to be a major consideration when assessing whether we are a good match.
The things that do matter…
Instead, we focus on whether we feel that we can add a genuine, tangible benefit to our clients and their families lives, or whether we can allay any concerns or worries you might have. If the answer is yes, then we endeavour to use proper financial planning to establish and develop trusting relationships with our clients and their families that help us to do our job in navigating them through their financial lifetimes and beyond.
